The seafront just north of Las Canteras beach, along the west coast of La Isleta, has some superb oceanfront property at much lower prices per square metre than the beachfront itself. This is a good example: Two bedrooms, exterior, parking in the building, total area 90 square metres, just 5 minutes walk from La Puntilla. The main downside is that there is no outside space.
