I have three Las Canteras beachfront apartments for sale* at the moment, each with outdoor space and beautiful views.
*These three apartments sold during 2019 and early 2020 but I have left this article up as it is a useful indicatror of the kind of property available on the Las Canteras beachfront.
The Las Canteras beachfront is one of the most desirable property locations in the Canary Islands and the jewel in the crown of Las Palmas. Property here is always in high demand due to the views and potential for holiday rental.

Two-bedroom beachfront apartment with terrace
This 100 square metre apartment has a lovely terrace with plenty of space for a table and chairs and boasts one of the best views of Las Canteras beach that you get.
It’s located just behind the Plaza de Saulo Torón with a direct view of the beach and the annual sand nativity scene.
The bright living room and open-plan kitchen face the terrace and the two bedrooms are cool and quiet.

Playa Grande is, as the name suggests, the longest stretch of Las Canteras beach and is the zone that always appears in the tourist brochures.
It’s also the area most popular with foreign buyers as it has the broad sweep of golden sand, the gorgeous beach views with palm trees and Teide volcano on the horizon. Playa Grande is quintessential Las Canteras beach.
While prices here are high (3500 euros per square metre and up for property with beach views), there is plenty of property in the area.
The alternative to frontline property here is the area of El Puerto district just behind Playa Grande beach. Here you have lots of apartments and flats all within easy walking distance of the beach.
